Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,
Welcome, and thank you for visiting our website! I am honored and grateful to serve as Board President of this wonderful organization that does so much to provide resources, support and HOPE to families of children with special needs in CT and beyond.
PATH has been serving families for over 30 years, providing one-on-one parent support as well as many other services from prenatal, birth, to school years, through to transition to adulthood. And that means ALL special needs whether intellectual, physical, or healthcare needs. What differentiates us is that we are a “one-stop-shop” for families of children with special needs.
We could not continue to serve CT’s families without the support of you all, our friends, and our generous hardworking board members, staff, donors, sponsors, and our amazing volunteers. We are grateful to you all.

My parent support advocate is wonderful to work with. She always explains what my daughter needs and what everything means and always makes sure that we haven’t missed anything. She always checks up and asks if there is anything I need.
Our parent support advocate was extremely helpful in coordinating care with specialists to help our daughter and in getting us information on the testing she would need to get back on an IEP.
The Parent-to-Parent Coordinator was very knowledgeable and compassionate about this program and all of the various services within the program. I look forward to sharing the information with my fellow co-workers and the families I come in contact with.
